We are committed to high quality and precision. All spring winding machines are CNC controlled. In-line automatic inspection ensures that as springs are being coiled and produced they are inspected 100%. This feature is incorporated in all our spring production machines. Our process capability (Cpk) is well above 1.8
Spring heat treatment is done in-house. In association with another multi-national we can do special heat treatment viz. controlled atmosphere, vaccum, cryogenic etc..
We have state-of-the art in house "spring" end grinding machines.
CNC multi-slide forming machine for wires from 0.4mm to 2.0mm
Cycle Tester: Spring’s life can be tested in-house.
In-house raw material testing: Precision wire tensile tester to test wires from 0.4mm to 3.0mm
Spring Force Inspection: Compression spring tester (Larson), extension spring tester and torsion spring tester.
Corrosion Resistance tester: Salt spray test can be arranged.
